Hot Patching is done to preserve your asphalt parking lot or driveway where it has failed.

Damage may occur to your asphalt parking lot or driveway due to failures such as holes, scatter out areas, or extreme low spots.

If left unattended these type of failures will continue to develop into more extensive damage, eventually requiring replacement.

There are two different types of patching:

1. Cut Out: We use a saw to cut out and remove asphalt from the damaged area; this procedure costs a little more.
2. Skin Patch: We go right over existing asphalt, sometimes removing a little bit of old asphalt and dig down, but no major cut out and complete removal of asphalt.
